Helping You Slow Down, Release Stress & Feel Like Yourself Again
Hi There!
I’m Zodwa, a certified wellness therapist (Somatologist) and stress management coach. I help women who are overwhelmed, overworked, and burnt out find their way back to calm through simple, powerful practices that nourish the body and quiet the mind.
Over the years, I’ve worked with women who came in for help with their skin, but what they needed was rest. The breakouts, dullness, pigmentation and inflammation were just signs of how stressed their bodies were.
That’s why I now focus on stress relief and relaxation, combining:
✨ Massage and reflexology to ease tension in your body
✨ Breathing and mindfulness to calm your mind
✨ Support to help you build a more peaceful daily rhythm
✨ And yes, glowing, healthy skin as a natural result of all the above
I work with women like you — the ones who carry so much, give so much, and haven’t had time to exhale in months. I see you. This space is where you finally get to drop the pressure and reconnect with yourself.
This work is personal to me. I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, sensitive, and disconnected in your own body — even while appearing “fine” to the outside world.
Whether you're here for a calming massage, a coaching session to manage your stress, or a home ritual that brings you back to center, you’re in the right place.
You don’t have to wait for burnout to make changes. You deserve to feel grounded, nourished, and well.

Consulting with Zodwa has been the best fit for me, she calmed me down. Not for a single day did she make me feel like my acne was part of my own doing.
